Photo Sorting

Still haven’t uploaded (or properly) sorted through our photos from Beth’s visit.  (Between 3 or 4 cameras we have over 1500 photos).  I also haven’t figured out exactly how much driving was involved – but my rough estimate is 2,500km in total.

Our trip went down the East Coast to Wellington via Napier, then back up the West Coast through New Plymouth and Waitomo.  We did this trip over the course of a week, took a brief pause at our place, and then went up to Cathedral Cove in the Coromandel.   Every day of the trip we got to see such diverse and breath-taking things… driving through mountains, along the ocean, into small quaint towns, and large port cities.  At times we were only a few hours drive from home, but felt we were on a different continent altogether.  So great…
